2. Products and Customization

We specialize in premium blank garments which can be customized with printing or embroidery upon order.

• Customization Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, text, or artwork you upload are correct, appropriately formatted, and of sufficient quality for printing.
• Variations: Minor variations in colour, size, or print alignment may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
• Printing Disclaimer: We do not guarantee exact color matching due to differences between screen displays and physical materials.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery for Non Customised Orders – (Blanks)

• Delivery: Delivery is 1-2 business days in Dubai. Same day delivery in Dubai is available for blanks if ordered before 10am UAE time. For other emirates it’s 2-3 days for non-customised orders. The delivery times are depending on the volume ordered.
• Shipping: Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Delivery for Orders with Customisation

• Delivery: Standard delivery within the Dubai is 3-5 business days depending on the order volume after design approval and payment confirmation. Other emirates for delivery will be 5-7 business days depending on the volume ordered.
• Shipping: Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events.

6. Return and Cancellation Policy

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once printing has commenced.
• Defective Items: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt, with supporting photographs and order details. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or credit the defective item at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• Customer Content: You warrant that you own or have the right to use any materials submitted for customisation and that they do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Our Content: All Website content, logos, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Blanklines LLC and protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Blanklines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, products, or services.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, government orders, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
