What Is The Difference Between White Label Clothing And Bespoke Manufacturing?

Our White Label service utilises pre-manufactured styles developed in-house, informed by our extensive market knowledge. Over the years, through wearer-testing, we’ve refined these designs into highly commercial products that we believe will be valuable to your business.

You can customize these white label designs with your logo or unique design through digital printing.

Our White Label service streamlines the manufacturing process, reduces costs, and lowers minimum order quantities (MOQs), making it an ideal solution for start-ups or brands exploring new concepts while sharing the risk across multiple styles.

In contrast, our Bespoke Custom Production service involves creating entirely unique products tailored to your specific needs. This option offers complete design freedom, including choices in fabric, sizing, design elements, and more.

Custom bespoke production

How does it work?

Our custom clothing manufacturing services allow you complete design freedom from start to finish. Select your own fabrics, create your own sizing, add custom design details and much more under this service.  Although every project is entirely bespoke, we follow this simple four step process to ensure operational efficiency & quality assurance on all bulk orders.

1. Garment Design

Our first steps start with the vision and design services, we'll create mood boards, design sketches and work together to approve final design ideas.

2. Production Quote

Once we have the specifications in-hand, we can get a personalised quote.

3. Sampling

We will create a proto-type for you, quality control and fit the samples with our in-house team before sharing with you to assess quality and design.

4. Bulk Production

Once the samples are approved, we will move ahead for bulk production.

What do I need to get started?

First, we need to discuss your project to understand your goals, current supply chain, and desired outcomes. If you have a product idea, we’ll collaborate with you to develop it from the ground up. All that's required is the capital to initiate production.

Can I produce my existing collection with you?

Absolutely. We recommend transitioning your entire production to us. We can either replace your current factory or collaborate with it to enhance the overall process. By making the switch, you're likely to benefit from better pricing and superior production quality.

What if I don’t have tech packs?

That's ok! We'll work with you to develop a tech pack that meets high production standards and is complete with all the information a supplier needs. This is included in our development package.

How does pricing work?

When you receive a quote from us, we strive to include all materials, sewing methods, and quantities based on your specifications. We also incorporate quality control expenses and a small commission to provide a comprehensive all-in price. If you make changes during the development phase, we will adjust the pricing accordingly.

For instance, if you request thicker packaging material, we will revise the quote to reflect the updated material costs.

Who do I pay? The factory or you?

To ensure transparency and accountability, you pay us directly, and we handle the payment to the factory. This approach allows us to withhold payment until the factory meets the agreed-upon quality, quantity, and delivery deadlines.

What quality control tests do you run?

For fabric runs, we conduct a series of SGS tests to assess fabric weight, color fastness, pilling performance, shrinkage, and composition. For sewing, we test for durability, stitching defects, sizing issues, and more. This rigorous process ensures that your product performs exceptionally well.

What if a production run is defective?

When production runs result in defects, we require the factory to redo the faulty batches at their own expense. This is why we withhold payment until the production meets our quality standards.

How do I know if I am getting the best pricing?

We obtain quotes from multiple factories and present you with the best option. However, the lowest price isn't always the best choice. Extremely low pricing can indicate subpar materials and sewing methods. To ensure quality, we request samples from each factory and choose a balance of price and quality.

Are the factories safe & ethical?

Yes! We ensure every factory meets safe working conditions and is certified appropriately.

Can I choose my fabric

Absolutely. You have several options: you can specify your preferred fabrics with a description, provide fabric or product samples, or let us recommend fabrics based on the garment being developed. We’ll then present you with the fabric options we identify during the development process.

Should I send you samples?

Samples simplify the process significantly. They don’t need to be exact or complete; partial samples work well too. For example, you may with to present a sample with a pocket detail that you like or a neckline shape that you find flattering. The more samples we receive, the faster we can develop your idea.

Where are you located?

Our office is in Dubai, UAE

What is the MOQ?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the specific products we’re manufacturing for you. As a general guideline, it’s typically 100 units per style per color for apparel, which can be divided into up to 5 different sizes. However, certain products, such as seamless apparel, may require higher MOQs. The more units you order, the more discount you will receive.

Do you have a catalogue?

For our Bespoke Custom Production solution, we like to create a uniquely designed range with your vision in mind, that your audience will love. In saying that, if you are in a rush, you may wish to use or take inspiration from our Blanks products which have been designed and developed in house.

How long is your process?

Good things take time. From enquiry to delivery, we average a 6-month turn-around time for premium garments. Some clients take longer, some are quicker.

How much does it cost?

Because no two garments are ever the same, we need to design your custom-made collection before we can give you a manufacturing cost for the product. In saying that, we recommend starting with a budget of at least $900 per product
