By submitting artwork, logos, text, or designs ("Artwork") for printing or embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have the full rights, ownership, or license to use the submitted Artwork.
• The submitted Artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any other rights of any third party.
• You accept full legal responsibility for the use of any Artwork provided.

We reserve the right to reject any Artwork that we, in our sole discretion, consider to be offensive, inappropriate, or legally problematic.

Blanklines LLC is not liable for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of customer-submitted Artwork.
