UAE: non-customised orders (blanks)

• Dubai: delivery within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 AM UAE time.
• Other Emirates: delivery within 2–3 business days.

UAE: customised orders

• Dubai: standard delivery within 3–5 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.
• Other Emirates: delivery within 5–7 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.

GCC: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping: AED 100 flat rate per order.

International

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

• Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping: from AED 150, calculated at checkout by order weight.
• Free international shipping on orders of AED 10,000 or more.

Customised orders outside the UAE

Customised orders are dispatched once production is complete, after design approval and payment confirmation. The GCC and international delivery times above apply from dispatch.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on arrival.
