Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
At Blanklines LLC, we take pride in delivering premium customizable clothing tailored to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policies:
1. Return and Refund Policy
- Custom Products: All customized or printed orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective.
- Blank (Non-Customized) Products: Blank products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Approval is at our discretion.
2. Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Required for defect claims:
- Order Number
- Photos of the defective product
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we may offer:
- Replacement at no extra cost, or
- Credit/refund (in exceptional cases only).
Note: Minor variations in colour, print placement, or garment sizing (within accepted industry tolerances) are not considered defects.
3. Cancellations
- Before Production: If you request to cancel an order before production has begun, a full or partial refund may be granted, subject to review.
- After Production Begins: No cancellations or refunds are allowed once printing or production has started.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom items. Please ensure your order details are correct before final confirmation. Exchanges for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping (where applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
