Corporate Gifts in Dubai: Branded Apparel for Year-End & Ramadan 2027

Most corporate gifts in Dubai end up in a drawer. A branded pen, a power bank, a hamper that's gone by the weekend. If you want the gift to be used, and your logo to be seen, give something people will wear. This guide is for HR, marketing and office managers planning corporate gifts in Dubai around year-end and Ramadan 2027. It covers what to choose, how to brand it, and when to order so it arrives on time.

I run Blanklines, a premium blanks supplier in Dubai. We hold stock of heavyweight hoodies, crews and tees, and add your branding. What follows is how we'd plan a gifting order if it were our own.

Why apparel beats the usual corporate gift

A gift does two jobs. It thanks the person, and it keeps your brand in their life after the moment has passed. Most promotional items manage the first job for about a day.

Good apparel does both for years. A heavyweight hoodie gets worn on flights, in cold offices and on winter evenings in the desert. Each time, your logo goes with it. A well-made tee becomes a weekend staple. And the cost per wear is far lower than the cost per use of almost anything else on a gifting list.

The catch is quality. A thin, boxy giveaway tee gets worn once to the gym and then turned into a cleaning cloth. That's why the blank matters more than the branding. If the garment isn't something your recipient would buy for themselves, the logo won't save it.

What to give: the pieces that work

For corporate gifting, we'd steer you towards four pieces. All are in stock as premium blanks and all take embroidery or print well.

1. The oversized hoodie: the hero gift

If you're giving one thing, make it this. Our Flux Oversize Hoodie (also in a women's cut) is made from 100% cotton loopback fabric at 355gsm, with an off-the-shoulder oversized fit, a kangaroo pocket and a lined hood with drawstrings and metallic eyelets. It's the kind of weight people notice the moment they pick it up. It's AED 260 on the site, unbranded.

2. The zip hoodie: for teams that layer

The Reset Oversized Zip Hoodie is 100% cotton loopback with a metallic zip, kangaroo pockets, a lined hood with drawstrings and ribbed cuffs and hem. It's easier to wear over a shirt in the office, which makes it a good pick for corporate teams. For a cropped, relaxed-fit option, the women's Epic Cropped Zip Hoodie adds a high neck and thumbhole cuffs.

3. The crewneck: the understated option

Not everyone wants a hood. The Heritage Crewneck Pullover is 100% cotton loopback with an oversized, off-the-shoulder fit and matching neck, cuff and hem ribbing. It suits a tone-on-tone embroidered logo and reads more "gift" than "team kit".

4. The heavyweight tee: the add-on

The Relaxed Tee is 230gsm 100% cotton with a brushed hand feel and a slightly oversized fit. On its own it's a solid gift for larger lists. Paired with a hoodie, it turns a single item into a set.

If you want to compare weights before you choose, our guide to heavyweight vs midweight blanks explains what the GSM numbers mean in hand. For a wider look at hoodies specifically, see the best blank hoodies for streetwear brands.

Branding that people will actually wear

The fastest way to ruin a good hoodie is a giant logo across the chest. People wear corporate apparel when it looks like something they'd buy. That usually means smaller, quieter branding.

  • Left-chest embroidery. The safest choice for gifts. It looks premium on loopback cotton and survives years of washing.
  • Tone-on-tone. Black thread on a black hoodie, or a light grey on light grey. Your logo is there for anyone who looks, without shouting.
  • A small nape or sleeve print. A discreet second placement that adds detail without turning the piece into a uniform.
  • A message inside. A short line printed inside the neck ("Thank you — 2026") makes the gift personal without branding the outside at all.

Embroidery starts from around 5 pieces, print from around 10, woven labels from 25–50, and custom packaging from around 50. That means you can brand a gift for a five-person leadership team as easily as for a 300-person company. For a full comparison of methods, read our guide to screen print vs DTG vs embroidery. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design studio can prepare it.

The year-end timeline

The busiest gifting window in the UAE runs from late November to the end of December. Eid Al Etihad, UAE National Day, falls on 2 and 3 December 2026, and many companies tie their year-end thank-you to it. Others gift before Christmas and New Year, when teams scatter for the holidays.

Work backwards from when the gift needs to be in hands:

  • Now to end of October: agree the budget, the list and the pieces. Collect sizes (more on that below).
  • First half of November: finalise artwork, approve a mock-up, and place the order. If you want to see the garment first, order a sample now; see our guide to ordering sample blanks before a bulk run.
  • Mid to late November: production and delivery. Our shipping page lists 3–5 business days in Dubai for customised orders after design approval and payment confirmation, and 5–7 business days for other emirates. Large orders take longer, so leave room.
  • Late November to early December: gifts in hand for National Day and the end-of-year push.

The order that goes wrong is the one placed on 25 November for a 1 December event. Give yourself at least three weeks from brief to delivery, more for anything over a hundred pieces.

The Ramadan 2027 timeline

Ramadan gifting is the second big window. The UAE's Astronomy Centre projects that Ramadan 2027 will begin on around 8 February 2027, with Eid Al Fitr expected on 9 or 10 March, subject to the official moon sighting.

Ramadan gifts usually go out in the first days of the month or in the run-up to Eid. Working back from early February:

  • Early January: confirm the list and budget once the year-end rush is over.
  • Mid-January: approve artwork and place the order.
  • Late January: delivery, with a week's buffer before Ramadan begins.

For Ramadan, think about the piece as well as the date. Evenings in February are cool, and a heavyweight crew or zip hoodie is a natural fit for the season. Keep the branding subtle and respectful. A tone-on-tone logo or an inside-neck message suits the month far better than a loud print.

Sizes: the part everyone forgets

A gift in the wrong size isn't a gift. Don't guess, and don't default to an even S/M/L/XL split.

  • Ask for sizes. A short form with the size chart attached takes five minutes and saves a pile of unworn hoodies.
  • Explain the fit. Our hoodies and crews are oversized. Tell people that, so they don't size up out of habit.
  • Order a small buffer. A few extra in the most common sizes covers new joiners and late replies.
  • Check availability early. Popular sizes and colours can run low in peak season. Confirm stock against your size list before you lock in a colour.

Budgeting your corporate gifts

Gifting budgets vary widely, so it helps to think in tiers rather than a single figure per head:

  • Whole company: a heavyweight tee with a small embroidered or printed logo. The Relaxed Tee is AED 200 unbranded on the site; for larger runs, ask us about pricing.
  • Teams and key clients: a hoodie or crew with left-chest embroidery. The Flux Oversize Hoodie and Heritage Crewneck are AED 260 unbranded; the Reset Zip Hoodie is AED 280.
  • Leadership and top clients: a set (hoodie and tee) with branded packaging. Custom packaging starts from around 50 pieces.

Branding costs depend on the method, number of colours or stitches, placement and quantity, so we quote those per order. The quickest way to get a number is to send us your list with quantities, pieces and logo.

Five mistakes to avoid

  • Choosing on price alone. A cheap hoodie with a big logo costs less per piece and far more per wear, because nobody wears it. Spend on the garment first and keep the branding modest.
  • Branding for the company, not the recipient. Your logo, tagline, website and hashtag on one piece is an advert, not a gift. Pick one mark and give it room.
  • One colour for everyone. Black is the safe choice, but offering two neutrals (say black and light grey) lets people pick, and makes the gift feel chosen rather than issued.
  • Leaving sizes to the end. Collect them before you place the order, not after the boxes arrive. Late size changes are what push deliveries past the date.
  • Forgetting the hand-off. Decide how the gift reaches people: desk drop, team event, courier to remote staff or clients. Branded packaging from around 50 pieces makes the unboxing part of the gift.

Gifting clients vs gifting your team

The same hoodie can do both jobs, but the brief is different. For your own team, the gift says thank you and builds belonging, so a slightly stronger company mark is fine and matching pieces work well at events. For clients, the gift should feel personal and discreet. Lean towards tone-on-tone embroidery, an inside-neck message and good packaging, and let the quality do the talking.

Gifting a team that trains together?

If your company runs a wellness programme, a run club or a Dubai Fitness Challenge team, consider performance kit instead of (or as well as) a hoodie. Our guide to corporate team activewear in Dubai covers performance tees, polos and layers for company teams. For staff who'll wear the gift at work, the performance polo guide is a good place to start.

Frequently asked questions

What are good corporate gifts in Dubai?

Gifts people use for years work best. Premium apparel, such as a heavyweight hoodie, a crewneck or a quality tee with subtle branding, gets worn long after most promotional items are forgotten, and keeps your brand visible each time.

When should I order year-end corporate gifts in the UAE?

Aim to place the order in the first half of November. That leaves time for artwork approval, production and delivery before UAE National Day on 2–3 December and the end-of-year holidays. Larger orders need more lead time.

When does Ramadan 2027 start?

The UAE's Astronomy Centre projects Ramadan 2027 will begin on around 8 February 2027, with Eid Al Fitr expected on 9 or 10 March, subject to moon sighting. For Ramadan gifts, place your order by mid-January.

What is the minimum order for branded gifts?

Blanklines supplies most blanks from 1 piece. Embroidery starts from around 5 pieces, print from around 10, woven labels from 25–50 and custom packaging from around 50, so small leadership gifts are as easy to brand as company-wide orders.

Do you deliver corporate gifts outside Dubai?

Yes. We deliver across the UAE, to the GCC and to 29 countries internationally. Customised orders are dispatched after design approval and payment confirmation; delivery times are listed on our shipping page.
